Rear window leak led to service. Picked up truck and it had urethane on the paint, dirty marks on headliner, rear seat installed without middle seatbelt in-place. Back to dealer, seat was remed/reinstalled had urethane on the paint, dirty marks on headliner, rear seat installed without middle seatbelt in-place. Back to dealer, seat was remed/reinstalled correctly, headliner cleaned, and urethane removed but now damaged paint. Dealer agreed to fix paint. Touch-up paint completed by professional, still visible but I don’t want the truck back in the shop again. Dealer gave me a free bottle of touch-up paint in case more scratches occur during future visits...seriously reconsidering future purchases from this dealer. More
Was in and out pretty quick hopefully it was all done correctly. Place looks like it was going out of business kinda depressing. If there were trucks to look at while waiting might have bought one. unknowledgeable concerning alarms associated with the Check Engine Light. I HAD TO ask pointed questions and received unknowing hurried responses. the tech should have simply said “I don’t know”. Seems strange that I could not get a full explanation from a Chevrolet service department for my Chevrolet. Instead the technicians final last words were a recommendation for me to “google it”. I asked him to clear the alarms, so he did and I left. As far as the oil change was concerned, the service was great. Just can’t expect to ask for guidance for anything else.....even the simplest of things from the Chevrolet experts. More
