The majority of my interaction was with salesman Craig. He was very knowledgeable in the buying process and the Silverado I purchased. He was professional. The other person was Todd from Idaho. When I picked up my vehicle, I told Todd my license plates were in which he was not aware. Todd made a phone call and a person put on the back plate, however they could not install the front plate because of no bracket. I mentioned to Todd that a front plate was required in Washington. He did not know. Todd gave me the plate and said I’d have to drill holes to install. As I am walking out, I saw Craig and him about the front plate requirement. He confirmed and looked at my truck and discovered there was no plate bracket on the front. He took my truck to the shop and had it installed along with my front plate. If I had not asked Craig, I would have had to install my plate myself. Todd should be aware of WA plate requirement despite living in Idaho or not interact with customers. He also should have realized there was no bracket on the front and did what Craig did; have it installed. I also don’t agree with the $5000 mark up. It feels like “price gouging” because the shortage of vehicles. Other dealers had less or no mark up. More
