We bought our truck on August 5th they said they needed a couple of days to get it detailed and run through the safety inspection when we call yesterday they told us it was going to be another week so it wou couple of days to get it detailed and run through the safety inspection when we call yesterday they told us it was going to be another week so it wouldn't be ready till Wednesday the 18th, I've never heard of such a thing when buying a truck and they said it had to go through the safety inspection I thought the trucks couldn't even go on the lot or that a customer could drive them until they went through that even an employee that works for sunset told us that, so far we haven't had a very good experience More

Craig was very attentive easy to work with. The finance process is a bit too tedious and as always the up selling, as a buyer with excellent credit I want the process sped up. Got oil changed and oil service light was found still on once i arrived home. I opened my hood to check if my oil was changed when I got home and it appeared to be so I called service and they gave instruct once i arrived home.
