Always customer friendly, I called and ask them to check a few things I had forgotten at time of service and they said no problem we will take care of it. I made an appointment for multiple recall repairs. Was told one repair couldn't be made due to part not being in stock. Was not given updates unless I called to ask. Vehicle ended up being there 3 weeks i told one repair couldn't be made due to part not being in stock. Was not given updates unless I called to ask. Vehicle ended up being there 3 weeks instead of the 1 day I was told when making the appointment. The part finally comes in and it's the wrong color - I accepted it as I didn't want to wait another three weeks to get my vehicle back. Also requested an oil change while vehicle was in and that service wasn't completed when I was told it was ready to pick up. More
