Awesome customer service. I came back the next day and greeted like a friend. Jason worked hard through the whole process to get me the best deal possible. Their financing team also went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible: Going the extra mile when they could of just settled. These reasons why I’ve now purchased 2 brand new vehicles from them and will continue to be a life long customer. More
The salesman I worked with here was not at all helpful. I waited a week before calling to check on things but was given the run around "it will show up when it shows up don't worry" then no response. I walked in on week three to check see if maybe he had gone on vacation but no he was there and so was the paperwork it had been there since end of June but we were now mid July. No big deal there the truck still had a week or two before it was expected. Went in to finance to sign the official paperwork and they said that because it was now July the deal we made wouldn't work as the incentives had gone down. They called the salesman who lied and said that he had discussed that with me. It was a thousand dollar difference. The finance guy was able to work it out so I got a bit more for my trade in but I still paid 500$ more than agreed to. This with the promise that the truck would be there the next week. I called multiple times the next week with either no answer or we are still waiting to here. I walked in again on July 28th a week after the promised date. I was told that on the 23rd they found out that the dealership they were trading with for my truck sold it to someone else. But they had found another truck that was in a shipping yard awaiting transport to the dealership. Said the same deal would apply told me it would be there in a couple days and I wouldn't need to do anything further until it arrived. The next day I got multiple text messages saying I needed to come in to resign papers otherwise the price would go up by another thousand. Call the manager and got it worked out that I wouldn't pay anymore. That my deal would stand. He said the truck should be there I'm a couple days. I waited another week and called to get no response on August 11th nearly two weeks into "a couple of days" I walked in to cancel the deal because I had given up. The manager met with me and made a few calls to verify the story and found the truck was sitting in another dealers lot and he could have it the next day. I was finally able to pick it up on the 13th of August after starting this in mid June being told no later than min July. I then had to wait until they called me back for my license plates.... they never did. The last day of my temporary tags I went in and was told they had been there over a month and my salesman should have called me. Working with the manager was a good experience but I would never go back to that salesman. More
