Not really happy with my Chevy, the guys over the phone are great to deal with but when I show up to pay they just doesn’t seem to be really happy to work for Chevy. Check in was very easy. My only complaint was that the bay you drive the car into was slippery. It was pouring rain so it’s understandable but was hard to navigate with two little kids in tow. Came in @ 8:45 for routine oil change, tire rotation, and coupon for free car wash. Was asked when I needed my car and replied 2:00. Left with just an oil change...was called about needing air & cabin f coupon for free car wash. Was asked when I needed my car and replied 2:00. Left with just an oil change...was called about needing air & cabin filter, and I declined. Approx 20 min later called them back to have cabin filter changed afterall. Was told earlier it would take about 15 min. We showed up approx 30-45 min (1:00) after I called them back to pu Tahoe. While paying I asked about cabin filter, it was on the bill but he didn't receive the message so it wasn't done. I told them to forget it then. Went out to my car and my low tire pressure light on my back right tire was still lit. Didn't tell the underwriter while dropping off car because I "knew" my tires would be rotated and the pressure checked...hahaha on me. Went back in to ask about tire rotation and looked on the invoice and said yep, it's on here so it was done. I asked, "Don't they usually check the pressure when rotating the tires?" (Not even telling him that my low pressure light was still on the same tire when I brought it in) Yep, that should have been done but you have green valve caps so we don't touch those. Lol, I told him that I bought my tires from them (10/29/19) so shouldn't the caps have been changed then? Yes, they should have and I have someone doing that right now while checking the pressure. So, they were never rotated. Went to my car for the 2nd time and realized it didn't get washed either. So didn't get the cabin filter replaced, (I take the blame for that), didn't get my tires rotated, didn't get the pressure checked, and didn't get my car washed., BUT, I had my car by 2:00! We've bought a 2019 3500HD from you, as well as, refer our son to you who bought a 2020 3500 HD High Country and later due to an accident 3 months after his original purchase bought another 2021 3500 HD High Country. Steve Bishop was great and would work with him again in a heart beat, also helped our son, but now I hesitate to use your service department. Can't say I'd refer anyone to them at this time unless something changes. More
The dealership (not the service department) has people who use the f word all the time. Not professional.
