I was in there about 2 weeks ago for a 50,000 miles service. I also asked them to check my drivers side rear tire that had a slow leak. They told me that there was a nail in the tire and that they fi service. I also asked them to check my drivers side rear tire that had a slow leak. They told me that there was a nail in the tire and that they fixed it... when they rotated the tires they didn't recalibrate the wheels . So I got a message that my tire was low on air. I checked the tire and it was great. But it was my front tire that was losing air.. it went out on the freeway while I was driving at 430am. I just took my car to discount tire and they found 3 nails. So u never fixed my tire and you told me that you did. Very upset about this... More

Service was excellent! Our Transmission went out, but we had maintained the vehicle as directed and our lifetime warranty went into effect. I was leary and thought we were going to get stuck with a massive had maintained the vehicle as directed and our lifetime warranty went into effect. The cost of a transmission replacement in a suburban is around $5000.00! I have nothing but positive feelings toward all of Sunsets dealerships. Very happy customer. More
