In April 2013, at the time I purchased my 3rd vehicle from JIM TRIGGS at SUNSET CHEVROLET, Jim said I am receiving at No Cost a LIFETIME FOREVER POWER TRAIN WARRANTY! Yes, Jim said 100% Parts, 100% Labor, plus ZERO Deductible and still NO COST to me. I said "Even this preowned 2004 FORD F150 I am purchasing today?" Affirmative! JIM TRIGGS has been with Sunset Sales in Sumner going on 9 years, he is outstanding sales representive at Sunset Sales and Service. I recommend Jim to everyone. I just discovered he has RVs as well. After only 4 months of driving FORD F150, my engine was firing on 4 cylinders! I called Jim Triggs, he gave me phone number for Herbs Towing, Sunset's Perferred tow company they drove 75 miles one-way to pick up me and the FORD. I live in Marysville, Washington! After checking with the used car manager and the Sunset owner, Jim called back promptly saying no problem, we will repair you truck. Triggs set me up with a rental car, and my long time Service Guy, MIKE ODOM got the ball rolling on the repairs. A week later Mike Odom called saying the truck was ready, and to please leave my wallet at home. Yes the repairs, the towing and 3 days rental 100% covered! My friends ask why I continue to drive 75 miles to Sumner to buy my vehicles? It's simple I believe no other Dealership will to provide, or even come close the same quality service consistently year after year as I have received at Sunset Chevy. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle to replace a family Chevy truck. After much research on the computer we ended our search at Sunset. They handled everything over the internet or phone. When it was all said and done I arrived at Sunset with that, holy crap, attitude.
