Negative Review Response: First of all, on behalf of Sunset Chevrolet, please accept my personal apology for falling short of your expectations. We work very hard to insure that every customer’s shopping experience is enjoyable. However, from time to time we do not meet a customer’s expectations….and when that happens we do our very best to immediately remedy the situation. Candidly, we would like to think we do a pretty job doing this. After all, we are Washington State’s #1 Volume Chevrolet dealership...and have been for more years than we can count. This is a position that would be impossible to attain unless we offered the very best pricing, financing, service after the sale (including “Warranty Protection for Life” and “Oil Changes for life” on qualifying vehicles), and good ‘ol fashion treating people right…something we have been doing for nearly 100 years now. We are also consistently at the top of the “CSI” (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating for all General Motors dealerships in Washington State….most months Sunset Chevrolet is #1!! Finally, Sunset Chevrolet has one of the highest “Customer Retention” scores of any Chevrolet dealership in the entire United States of America. Although we are very proud of all of these attributes, we are sorry every time we do not meet a customer’s expectations…and in almost every instance…we are able to remedy the issue.
