And Bob helped me get approved and financed with my brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze. I was so happy and excited that I got approved. All the other dealerships I had a difficult time getting approved. This dealership is great! They do their very best to get you approved and financed NO matter what your situation is ! More

Best dealer experience Buying a car has always been one of my least favorite tasks. Right up there with root canals, doing my taxes and stepping on kids' legos in the middle Buying a car has always been one of my least favorite tasks. Right up there with root canals, doing my taxes and stepping on kids' legos in the middle of the night. As a result, I tend to buy and hold cars and put off getting a new one. That changed for me after my last car purchase at Sunset Chevrolet. There were none of the usual games, or back and forth. I did my research and compared prices so was armed when I walked in with what I was willing to pay. To my surprise, Bob Fish offered a very fair price, didn't attempt to jerk me around and was absolutely pleasant and fun to work with. I have recommended him to many friends looking for cars and will be back to visit him again for my next car. I won't even wait so long this time. More

Awful. Shop Somewhere Else! I am very unhappy with the service I have received at Sunset Chevrolet. All I am looking for is exactly the truck I have, only two years newer. To be I am very unhappy with the service I have received at Sunset Chevrolet. All I am looking for is exactly the truck I have, only two years newer. To be offered $8,500 for a 2004 and then be quoted $30,000-$40,000 for 2006's, most of which were not the luxury model like mine is, that is absolutely asinine. I can't imagine how you get anyone to fall for a deal like that. You have lost mine and my husband's business, which is unfortunate for you. After we found a truck we would be looking for a new Jeep around the first of the year. I will also tell all of my friends and family about this unpleasant experience and encourage them to shop elsewhere. When I hear the name Sunset Chevrolet the only thing that will come to mind is this awful experience and how much of a financial scam Sunset is. Sunset is not the only dealership that gives warranty's and free life time oil changes, in fact I am receiving this from the dodge dealership I am purchasing my new truck from. Sunset has the WORST customer service I have yet to deal with. Sunsets' ad's portray this positive demeanor, but that is far from what I experienced, Sunset's values and morals are a scam. Sunset enjoys cheating people out of their hard-earned money. More
