We had many phone conversations with Dwayne Griffin the week before going in, so we knew he had already worked many hours on our impossible situation. After being turned down at so many dealers recently, we weren't very optimistic. But what a pleasant surprise! Dwayne spent his entire day with us, along with his great assistant Derek Bishop, finding us the perfect vehicle. Actually, they pulled off a miracle. Not only did I drive my 2015 trax home, but they put my husband in his dream truck, a 2015 beautiful Silverado. So happy we made the trip down there.
