Worst staff Unprofessional: Christine was eating food while talking on the phone. Furthermore, she continually interrupted my while I was trying to explain my situation. Finally, she only listened to respond and refused to elevate my concern to someone who could actually make a decision. Lack of communication: days would go by before received any status on my vehicle - I had to initiate contact. Lack of attention to detail: I picked up my vehicle (repairs still needing to be completed) because I needed it and the tires had roughly 20 PSI in them. They were going to put me on the road with an unsafe vehicle. More
