Poor Service Customer Service I'm very disappointed with my service my 2015 vehicle has been given since I bought it in November 2015. When I bought it I told the sales rep. Ygat I I'm very disappointed with my service my 2015 vehicle has been given since I bought it in November 2015. When I bought it I told the sales rep. Ygat I would be using the vehicle as my work vehicle. A few months after using it for work. I had major issues with the transmission. Then within the 4 months. The car was acting up again this time it was the water pump. Plus it took them about a week to get it back. Now Itook it in as the heater stopped working. I took it in on Wednesday and my appointment was at 8 am. I didn'tget a call about my vehicle until 2:30 pm. They asked if I put in antifreeze recently. I told them yes right before taking it in. Then I asked, "is it going to be covered by the extended warranty?" There response we haven't checked. Finally around 5 pm and about 400 dollars later. My wife drove the vehicle home. When she got home the engine was smoking. Of course Sunset was closed. So my wife took it in yesterday. (Friday). The service department made it seem like impossible task to give her loaner car. As she was already late for work. We finally have the vehicle back. Not sure what will go wrong next. My told me every time she takes the car in for any issues. More

Wonderful My car broke down & the service center was great. I was able to have the tow truck drop my car off. Mason had great customer service from the time he My car broke down & the service center was great. I was able to have the tow truck drop my car off. Mason had great customer service from the time he called me to get details about my car, to the time my car was ready for pick up. I was thankful that Mason offered me a service loaner while my car was still being serviced, even if it was for one day. My car is running great again. More

The communication on what has been agreed to be done is not always the best, ensure they documented all agreements on what needs fixed in the computer system and who the agreement was made with as well as who is responsible for paying for what. I have the oil change for life and was the last appointment on a Friday night, ask specifically to have all my tires inflation checked and it never got done, makes me question what else they did not check. I hope I did not make a mistake buying my truck from this dealership. More
