Replacement of parts The billing is unclear. I took my truck in because of what I thought maybe a transmission problem but was a fuel pump. The confusion was that the pape The billing is unclear. I took my truck in because of what I thought maybe a transmission problem but was a fuel pump. The confusion was that the paperwork said a transmission fix when it was a fuel pump. They were unable to explain and with the charges being higher then I thought I still think they charged me for a transmission protecen though it was fuel pump. They also charged 500 for seal replacement. Did they need to be changed? When you think they are playing with what they are charging it makes you uneasy. More

Poor Service Customer Service I'm very disappointed with my service my 2015 vehicle has been given since I bought it in November 2015. When I bought it I told the sales rep. Ygat I would be using the vehicle as my work vehicle. A few months after using it for work. I had major issues with the transmission. Then within the 4 months. The car was acting up again this time it was the water pump. Plus it took them about a week to get it back. Now Itook it in as the heater stopped working. I took it in on Wednesday and my appointment was at 8 am. I didn'tget a call about my vehicle until 2:30 pm. They asked if I put in antifreeze recently. I told them yes right before taking it in. Then I asked, "is it going to be covered by the extended warranty?" There response we haven't checked. Finally around 5 pm and about 400 dollars later. My wife drove the vehicle home. When she got home the engine was smoking. Of course Sunset was closed. So my wife took it in yesterday. (Friday). The service department made it seem like impossible task to give her loaner car. As she was already late for work. We finally have the vehicle back. Not sure what will go wrong next. My told me every time she takes the car in for any issues. More
