These guys worked with me and I think they were pretty fair The sales men were perfect. They worked with me to figure out what I was looking for, they did not pressure me or get flustered while I was changing The sales men were perfect. They worked with me to figure out what I was looking for, they did not pressure me or get flustered while I was changing my mind on several vehicles. That got me to where I wanted to be in price. The only issue I had was the extended warranty. All new vehicles come with their lifetime powertrane warranty they tout, however. The bumper to bumper warranty they sell is way over priced. They more then make up for the free one that is included. After I got the sticker shock of the warranty price. I went down to cancel the extended warranty the next day. They did work with me and dropped the price of the warranty a bit. Not as much as they made it out to because, by them jigglling things around. When I got home and took a closer lookat how It was jiggled I learned that I paid more then he let on. However. All dealerships do this and I think everything was fair. Just barter with them and make sure the jiggling is in your favor. More

My husband and I were car shopping, but I am the primary driver - most lots we went to we left because all car and financing related questions were asked to my husband - even if I answered, the follow ups or next questions went to him. At Sunset, I was listened to, treated with respect and got the car I wanted while my husband made jokes rather then trying to get everyone to listen to me :-). I love my new-to-me car - and this was the best car buying experience I've had. More
