An update to my review of Sunset Auto Wholesale: This is the list of problems I've had since recently purchasing my Audi A3 from Sunset Auto Wholesale. 1. Had to replace the drive belt & tension unit, replace faulty gas cap & diagnostics for (3) vehicle codes when the check engine light suddenly came on ~ cost for labor & parts $1078.07 2. The check engine light is now back on since the vehicle is misfiring. ~ cost pending 3. There is a fault with the camshaft adjuster or adjuster circuit. Test results indicate a failed ECU. Repair has not yet been done. 4.The catalytic converter needs to be replaced as well as the downstream oxygen sensor. Repair not yet done. 5. The rear passenger door lock is broken. I sent an email to the Sunset Auto manager Farb regarding this issue a few days after I purchased my Audi A3. My email was ignored & the repair has still not been done. I've had the vehicle for less than (2) months, and both my mechanics told me Sunset Auto most likely knew about these issues prior to selling me the car. I do not recommend anybody purchase a vehicle from Sunset Auto Wholesale. Stay away from this dealership as you will not be given the truth about the vehicle you're purchasing!
