Went to go check it out and Jonny came over to talk to me. The car I wanted to look at was up on one of the stands. They wasted no time getting it down and letting me take it out for a test drive. Then we talked about financing it and my trade in. Got a reasonable offer on a 2010 Lincoln MKS 75K miles on it, and a low interest loan on the vehicle I wanted. The negotiation of the terms went quickly and was easy just back and forth a couple times until they got me firm numbers. Not going to lie, the finance paper work process is slow.  This is normal, had the same experience at another dealership when my wife bought a car a few months ago.  Hanging out with Jonny and the crew was easy while I was waiting. Had time to clear out my old car and move things into the new one.  There are even couches and TV’s to hangout on while waiting. This was my first time at Sunset and that day they were offering everyone that bought a car a small Bonsai plant, which I really liked for my home office. They also do a customer picture with my new car and gave me a real glass champagne flute full of sparkling cider to toast with in the picture, they gave me the glass to take home.  Was so excited to drive home in a, new to me, one owner 2017 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG. Had a great experience with the crew at Sunset and would recommend them. More

Came to the dealership to look at a few cars I saw interesting when passing by. Was immediately greeted with Mickey. He was great to work with everyone seemed chill and relaxed.
