They are easy to do business with. They had my information from a previous visit, asked what was the issue, I left my keys and the took care of it and call me when it was ready. My car had to be towed there and left for weekend, a separate extended warranty I had covered the issue. I told on the phone they found and received a printout when I picked up. I was also told about some other maintenance issues I needed to take care of but was not pressured into doing anything now, I appreciate this. More

when i arrived, i was met by the service admin. he confirmed my appt and said thatvi needed only an oil change. however, im on the last year of my lease and i wanted to get the appropriate service he confirmed my appt and said thatvi needed only an oil change. however, im on the last year of my lease and i wanted to get the appropriate service for the mileage which was about 22K and i also informed him of two issues that i had recently ecperienced that i wanted the service tech to pay close attention to. i didnt feel likevthe admin was listening or that he was interested in my concerns. he informed me that my service would cost $299 and that my concerns would be discovered if they were an issue. he seemed irritated that 1) i was in a lease 2) requested more than an oil change 3)had concerns so i waited forvthe servicecto be completed. when car was ready the admin led me to the place where i pay my bill and then out to my car. no mention of what was performed or any issues disvovered regarding my concerns. U guys sold me and program a key for a 2019 atlas sel when I lost the key everything on the car was working fine after the key was programmed everything that has to do with the navigation system doesn't when I lost the key everything on the car was working fine after the key was programmed everything that has to do with the navigation system doesn't work anymore I get a message on the dash that reads to use a valid code or something like that I called John I believe is the gentleman's name I spoke to and he tells me that they can look at it but it will b an extra cost and I don't see why when it was working fine before they worked on it More
