I drove my car to this dealership on a scheduled appointment for a warranty replacement part. I was advised by Scott my ignition went out in the process. I ended up having to have my car towed home. appointment for a warranty replacement part. I was advised by Scott my ignition went out in the process. I ended up having to have my car towed home. The manager John gave no resolution to fix my car or put it back in the state it was in before I drove it up there other than to pay them $600 to fix. Now I have to get my lawyer involved. On top of what this is now costing me these people were unapologetic and showed no empathy. They lack integrity and morales. More
