Just as you’d except- typical dealership trying to rob the public. They fixed my recall but I also needed a battery which they claimed would be $400 to replace. I purchased it at O’reileys for $120. I Love this location. Always clean, swift service, polite employees and very covid-19 cautious. I've been to this dealership twice for oil changes on my 08 Touareg, yes I drive a lot! Some of the VW diagnostic charges are way too high. I would like to see free diagnostics, then discuss needed repairs.
