Scheduled recall service was initiated very soon after my arrival at the dealership and the work was performed while I waited in the customer waiting area. In house WIFI allowed me to conduct several work r arrival at the dealership and the work was performed while I waited in the customer waiting area. I know businesses are struggling during covid but I would have thought a courtesy shuttle would have been made available considering the serious nature of my car’s issue. I had to call VW for a tow and then have thought a courtesy shuttle would have been made available considering the serious nature of my car’s issue.
