Our very first visit to Sunrise VW was an awesome experience, and all of the problems were resolved in just a few days. Unfortunately, a couple problems lingered, and some new related problems developed over the next couple months. On the last visit (over a month ago) for warranty repairs of the last remaining item, they provided a loaner vehicle since it was going to take a day or two to complete the repairs. We usually don't request or expect that, but it really made the difference after a long history of working together to completely fix every issue (especially since we live over 40 minutes away, and heavy traffic can double the driving time!) That is a very big help to us since that saved us from having to drive 2 cars there to drop-off the car for repairs, and then again to pick it up after completion! Everyone we've met at Sunrise VW has been very friendly and professional. Even though it took some time to get everything completely fixed, I found that by being patient and working with them, that allowed them to find & and fix everything to our satisfaction. After visiting other VW dealers in the area, I can highly recommend Sunrise VW over the other dealers with confidence - knowing customers will be completely satisfied if they give the same respect & consideration we have. More
