It's always great to see happy customers for I was one of them when I leased my vehicle 2 years ago. Sadly today, lack of service after the sale has changed all that. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews and prefer to write the positive but I had to here. Front tires and rear brakes needing replacement after 14,000 miles of prudent driving. When I spoke to Sales Manager Chris Falzone he completely agreed this was premature wear and was going to get with the General Manager / Owner Sidd Chandler to inquire about goodwill funding since this was a rare situation. Chris failed to call back and I drove to meet him face to face. Same understanding and desire to help. Gave me his card with his cell and told me to reach him via his cell since it was best. He said the next day he'd talk to Mr. Chandra. Nine days later after a few respectful text messages for status and nothing from Chris. VW Customer care stated it was not them but the dealership who could offer goodwill contrary to what Mr. Chandra stated. Mr Chandra wanted a VW Customer Care number to which I provided in emails to no avail. Mr. Chandra does not reply to his emails either. In closing, always great when buying a new car but never again from Sunrise VW after this lack of professionalism and disrespect. More
