Great communicators and warranty service was performed quickly and well executed. I was dissappointed to learn that this water leak problem was supposed to be addressed by another dealer but apparently w quickly and well executed. After waiting 3 1/2 hours for my service, my car was returned with filthy oil and grease marks on both front door sills, obviously made by the technicians shoes, there was grease on my steering wheel. returned with filthy oil and grease marks on both front door sills, obviously made by the technicians shoes, there was grease on my steering wheel. I felt it was just careless neglect. Seats etc not protect like MOST dealers do, another issue is there is no shuttle service. The attitude by staff is .. “ tough” we don’t do shuttle service. I will not return to this dealer again. More
Miss Denise was very helpful and getting back to me as quickly as possible with info regarding my car. According to the diagnostic done at the dealership, I am told that there is an issue with a compo quickly as possible with info regarding my car. According to the diagnostic done at the dealership, I am told that there is an issue with a component of the turbocharger called the actuator. I am of the opinion that businesses are only out to make money, the easiest way possible and not look out for the customer. The issue going on with the vehicle, I believe, can very well be something as simple as fuse or hose issue. Unfortunately, alot of mechanics nowadays would rather replace a part because you can make money off of it versus taking the time out to get to the root of the problem. Getting to the root would in turn be in the best interest of the customer because in order to fix the problem the cost would be much lower. Sort of like a diabetic who would rather be given a pill to Band-Aid the symptoms versus taking the time to adjust the diet and heal themselves. But I digress. However, to the inexperienced mechanic, it is easier to just replace a major part, charge alot of money and call it a day. Then in turn, when you receive the so-called deffective part, you can then turn around and sell that part. It's all about making money every which way possible. I want my vehicle diagnosed again, free of cost, by an experience mechanic who cares about the customer and will look for the root cause of the problem and who is looking out for the best interest of the customer. Not just to make money off of the customer. More
