No, probably was the worst dealership I ever did business with I bought 10 cars in my lifetime. Everybody’s a liar a gentle manager the sales manager. They are number crooks. Battery was replaced with a new factory battery which died the next day. New key was incorrectly ordered. My bill was almost $900.00. I got ripped off because they saw I was a single woman and took advan died the next day. New key was incorrectly ordered. My bill was almost $900.00. I was pleasantly surprised with my first experience at Sunrise Volkswagen of Ft. Pierce. Their online scheduling of service was user friendly, quick and easy. Scott in the service department welcomed me Sunrise Volkswagen of Ft. Pierce. Their online scheduling of service was user friendly, quick and easy. Scott in the service department welcomed me, explained the process of getting service at the dealership, provided me with helpful information about my vehicle and showed me around the amenities so that I could comfortably wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I was kept informed on my wait time and what the service technician did. I went in requesting an oil change and tire rotation with the fees reviewed up front with me. Upon completion all work was reviewed with me and it was mentioned that after inspecting the tires a rotation was not necessary at this time which would reduce my initial quote. Obviously paying less is always a good thing but I did thank him as I don’t routinely receive such great service and honesty when dealing with automotive services. I would highly recommend this dealerships service department. More
