I drove my car to this dealership on a scheduled appointment for a warranty replacement part. I was advised by Scott my ignition went out in the process. The manager John gave no resolution to fix my car or put it back in the state it was in before I drove it up there other than to pay them $600 to fix. Now I have to get my lawyer involved. On top of what this is now costing me these people were unapologetic and showed no empathy. They lack integrity and morales. More
