The entire team at Sunrise Volkswagen in Fort Pierce were amazing! We were immediately greeted by Keith our sales associate who showed us several vehicles and took us out for a test drive. Once we’ve made our selection and was waiting to go to finance, Daniel, the general manager came out and introduced himself to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Once inside the finance department, Brett made it very easy to follow along wihile signing the paperwork. Once we returned home, we had follow up text messages to make sure there was nothing else we needed. Although we did have to come back for the second key fob and the hard plate for our daughter‘s car, we were able to make a service appointment that was convenient for us. We were in and out the service department in a jiffy. We would definitely recommend this dealership! More

Bought a couple of days ago a new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL 4 motions R Premium. Next day, I noticed that the carpet mats are missing as well as the cargo car cover which is strange for such a hig Sport SEL 4 motions R Premium. Next day, I noticed that the carpet mats are missing as well as the cargo car cover which is strange for such a high end trim. The sales manager claimed that VW doesn’t supply carpet rugs and the car cargo cover is not included. Basically I was on my own to deal with it - tough luck !!! After several messages back and forth they started saying they might find a solution !!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - totally untrustworthy. Worst customer service experience ever !!! More
