Harassed by a sales person as soon as I pulled up to the service bay and entered the service door. I had an appointment, yet was told my parts were not there. I never signed anything & was handed the "repair order dealer copy" instead of an invoice and inspection form to show what was actually done to my vehicle. I had to call and request those. **tire pressure is incorrect & last oil change decal was left in vehicle (no new one applied) More

I hate to be a Debbie downer, but I am extremely confused and disappointed about this dealership. Very nice sales lady, but the dealership absolutely underwhelming. Found my car online, paid in cash, did not and disappointed about this dealership. Very nice sales lady, but the dealership absolutely underwhelming. Found my car online, paid in cash, did not receive complete paperwork and after more than four weeks have not received vehicle title as promised. All my attempts to converse and solve issues via phone or email failed. Feel jerked around and extremely disappointed. Have owned (and own) multiple VWs, love the brand, but after this experience would never consider buying a VW again. This dealership is a disgrace to VW. More

When you send on a young adult with their car (not old, fairly new) with a simple problem to fix, you expect it to be done at fair pricing and in reasonable time. Sunrisw Volkswagen tried to get a lot of revenue out of the young adult for a simple fix. We had it do e by a certified other Volkswagen repair company at a third of the price. They were honest, Sunrise Volkswagen would have overcharged. I wish I could leave a better review. More
