I went to Nissan Of Ft Pierce to take care of my recall. While I decided to look at the new Nissan to replace my 2015 rogue. I asked in the service center who I should see as far as it a new car sales person. I was told Rafael and was pleased I worked with him. He was a 10 all the way around. I looked at a few 2023 kicks as I thought I wanted a smaller SUV. I test drove one and looked it too, but decided after having my rogue it was too small. so I test drove a rogue and still loved it. Raphael found me the very last red 2023 rogue SV. it was love at first drive and sight. I was able to pay for and take my new card that day. I was paying cash, so I really didn't understand why I needed to speak with Lauren in financing. Then I realize she was just trying to upsell me on additional warranty. I didn't want to do it because my 2015 rogue had given me no issues. Did the routine maintenance and didn't really feel I needed anything on top of my regular warranty.. I have been there since 11 o'clock and by now it was 330 my fault partly as I really didn't know that I was gonna buy something so I didn't have some of the information I should have so that's why I was there for way longer than I needed to be. I felt forced to buy the limited warranty that Lauren figured out for me. Just wanted to get out of there so by the time I left it was almost 4 o'clock. Was tired hungry and not at all happy with Lauren. I gave her her three only because because she was 'doing her job!!' if it wasn't for Rafael and the fact that they had the exact car and color I wanted I would have walked. I More

Sold car with broken horn won’t do anything about it or return calls. Called lady about my temporary plates that are now expired and she hanged up on me and im driving illegally although they should have b return calls.
