Great experience buying the car, but when we noticed a noise coming from underneath the day after we bought it, we took it in to get it checked out. Even though we had just bought it, the control arm bush noise coming from underneath the day after we bought it, we took it in to get it checked out. Even though we had just bought it, the control arm bushings were cracked which should've been noticed before we bought it. Later on, I found out from another mechanic that the sway bar links were broken. The dealership didn't even offer a discount to get it fixed, it was a full price estimate. When I received another estimate from the other mechanic to fix both the bushings and the sway bar links it was less than half of what the dealership quoted. Great buying process, but when you just buy a car and put a lot of money down, I don't think it's good treatment when you charge full price to get it fixed and don't even find all the issues. I do appreciate Marco helping us out buying the 2014 VW Tiguan. He was great to work with. I just would recommend being a little understanding and lenient on repairs literally a day after you buy it.
