John was a good service representative. I am a little disappointed with the length of time it took to accomplish the work (5 weeks). They couldn't even rinse the car off. I think all the dealer fees for a used vehicle are high they even have an interior protection package which is “mandatory” Interest rate on the loan was three times higher then my bank way to high. And it was a fight to have repairs and other promises made good on after paying for the vehicle. Had to call service daily to get updates on repair status. Management never returned any of my calls. All in all wasn’t terrible but they could do better to follow up with customers. More

My husband and I stopped by on Sunday 12/13 to check out the 2021 Tiguan and Atlas. We had looked at them both online and wanted to come in and see them in person to make a decision. We were approached by a the 2021 Tiguan and Atlas. We had looked at them both online and wanted to come in and see them in person to make a decision. We were approached by a younger sales guy who was extremely condescending and rude right from the start. When I told him what I wanted to see he said verbatim “you should have done your research those are totally different cars” , “absolutely let’s compare them” would have been more appropriate and welcoming. When I told him where I wanted to be payment wise he said “all you care about is money” needless to say we were extremely turned off from the start and left the dealership. supporting local businesses is always my priority but with the experience that we had we will now be driving out of town to purchase the vehicle. More
