I called this dealership because I received a letter in the mail about 2-3 weeks ago regarding a(n) urgent fix on my 2017 Jetta. Today my car started leaking gas all over my driveway so I called this deale the mail about 2-3 weeks ago regarding a(n) urgent fix on my 2017 Jetta. Today my car started leaking gas all over my driveway so I called this dealership to chat about getting my car in to get fixed. Keep in mind I have a 75,000 mile warranty I paid extra for. This guy I was chatting with in the servicing department couldn’t care less, told me it was a known issue and to bring my car in but wait... it’s something they can’t fix now.. so I asked well do you have a car that I can use since it can’t be fixed. “No, we don’t” so why am I bringing my car to you guys then? I told him I’m good I’ll call another. Before I could even finish my sentence he hung up, I was pissed. I called the Stuart Volkswagen, they told me it is a known issue but for now we will do what we can to fix the problem until we receive the parts necessary or we can give you a loaner vehicle. Very polite, understanding. The fort pierce Volkswagen is somewhere I’m NEVER taking my car. More

The salesman worked his tail off in our behalf. The dealership did not have their new 2020 vehicles washed and prepared for the big 0% promotion! The vehicle we requested to test drive to purchase had a dead battery— They attempted to jump it but it was needing replaced. Why wasn’t this vehicle along with the other 2020 vehicles checked and prepared for the Big 0% event? We appreciated the free snacks and coffee available. That was extremely thoughtful! Things I would include is a Pepsi machine for workers as well as customers to purchase. We spent over four hours there for our purchase. Plus, we had made an hour and a half drive to get to the dealership from our home. The paperwork extended far over lunch time. We would have gotten lunch and returned but, we needed to sign lots of paperwork. The dealership Website was the very best one we found in our car search in Florida! Super job! A sad issue for us is the dealership fees charged. We compared our purchase to a purchase of a Chevy Traverse SUV new. And, the dealership fees are far more expensive. Registering of title fees...fees your dealership imposed not state / government imposed title fees. The dealership had already made an absorbent amount of money for the cost of the vehicle we purchased. Then the additional fees your dealership settled upon adding for handling the registration was an amount that discourages us from further purchases with your dealership and our track record for trading or purchasing new vehicles is generally every year and a half. Plus, we have family and friends ask us how we like our new vehicles. Two addition couples purchased a Chevy Traverse because of our sharing what features we loved about the vehicle when we purchased it. Two different couples have been considering purchasing new vehicles and have asked us specifically about our VW SUV purchase. Our experiences do make a difference in word of mouth testimonies and sharing of information. Additional suggestion for this dealership would be for the dealership to purchase promotional advertising on free ink pens through the sales. It helps the purchaser to recall Dealership name and have websites & phone numbers at their fingertips when asked by others about the dealership or when a question arises. Those can be written off as advertising. It has been nearly a month and we have not heard a word from our car loan bank. It would be helpful to encourage banks to make contact with their new clients within a shorter window of time. More

Excellent people to do business with( as far as sales), haven’t used the service department yet so we’ll have to see if they meet up to Edgars standards. haven’t used the service department yet so we’ll have to see if they meet up to Edgars standards. More

Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. The purchase of the new vehicle took an inordinately long time, but I've been pleased with it. purchase of the new vehicle took an inordinately long time, but I've been pleased with it. More

This was my second visit to Sunrise VW Service Department. The first visit (mid-November '20) was for multiple problems on our 2015 Jetta TDI (that another VW Dealer could not find or correct.) Mo Department. The first visit (mid-November '20) was for multiple problems on our 2015 Jetta TDI (that another VW Dealer could not find or correct.) Most of the issues were resolved, and everything appeared to be great. In mid-December, at a regularly scheduled service by a local shop, it was discovered that some hardware had not been reinstalled - but left below the windshield on the wiper tray (under the hood). All the parts were re-installed in their respective places by the local shop - except one bolt. A call to Sunrise VW was made about the leftover bolt, which they said was not needed since it had been replaced by a new one during the previous repair. A week later the CEL came on, with a code indicating a sensor problem in the emissions system (that had just been replaced at the last repair visit at Sunrise VW.) Another call was made to schedule a service visit the following week, which was Christmas week, and we were told to drop-off the car and leave it a few days because they were completely booked for that week. When we arrived they were surprised we were there, and tried to say we didn't have an appointment and were not told to drop it off. We didn't argue, just left it with them, and asked them to do their best. The following day we got a call to pickup the car, that a part had been ordered, and would be several days arriving due to the holidays, but the car would be safe to drive. A week later (New Year's Eve) the CEL came on again, the engine lost power, and the car would not accelerate above 25MPH. Since we were close to Sunrise VW, we dropped-off the car and left it for repairs. Our overall experience with Sunrise VW to this point has been good. Our first experience in November with Sunrise VW was excellent, due to the professionalism, friendliness, and ability to resolve a long list of repairs needed in less than a week. The last visit of Christmas week was disappointing, mostly due to the attitude we were faced with, and the lack of ability to successfully complete the needed repairs. Due to the holiday season being busy and demanding, we were somewhat understanding, although professionalism & character should remain a constant - regardless of any situation. A talk with the Service Manager at a later date resolved our concerns - or this review would not have been as good or as highly rated. More
