My wife and I purchased a new Atlas with the help of Chad, and were happy from start to finish. Our e-comm experience was good until we got to the dealership. Then, it became the worst experience ever. They kept us waiting 2+ hours, even though we were clear with the e-comm sales rep that we dealership. Then, it became the worst experience ever. They kept us waiting 2+ hours, even though we were clear with the e-comm sales rep that we wanted to be in and out of the dealership due to COVID. Sent in all paperwork, credit info, deposit, etc., 2 days prior so we could be in and out quickly. When we finally got to see the financing area (a sales manager stepped in that day, as the financing manager, Eric Salazar was not there), he quoted us an interest rate double what I could get on the open market (do your homework before you go into this dealership so they don't take advantage of you). I told him no way - and he got rude. He told me that he was "doing me a favor" - really? I'm buying a 1 year old, $35K truck, and he's doing me a favor? I was ready to get up and walk out. Sales guy doing financing stepped out for a five minutes after I said no to the highway robbery rate he quoted, then he came back with a rate more reflective of the market (50% less than what he originally quoted). Arrogant and rude. The truck bed was dirty, they needed to clean it before we took it home. The two printers were broken, so we were not able to get a printout of our sale paperwork. We were told that a copy would be sent to us. We took screenshots of the sales documents with our phone - thank goodness. We followed up several times over the coming weeks to get actual paper copies of our receipts from Eric Salazar. 2.5 weeks after our purchase, Eric emailed that he no longer worked at the dealership, and directed us to Jamie or Sidd. We contacted Jamie and Sidd twice, asking for our sale paperwork, and they never returned our emails. To this date (5 weeks later), we do not have final sales paperwork for our 1/2/2021 purchase. Our experience was pretty terrible. Not sure what the issue was, but would not go back again, would not recommend this place. More
