Thought the days of Used Car Dealership Rip offs were over, I will never recommend Sunrise to anyone and spreading the word. Here is what happened: 1) Sat for 20 min waiting for Car to come around over, I will never recommend Sunrise to anyone and spreading the word. Here is what happened: 1) Sat for 20 min waiting for Car to come around said the could not find the keys. Finally they came around and said they had trouble starting due to battery. 2) Went for test drive. Every warning light was on. Car was dirty but you could see the potential. Asked to leave car on because it will not start. Drove Great, 4) We were told that if we were interested they would take care to Coggins BMW and they will fix the problems (All Warning Light will be off) and they will detail the car. We said yes. 5) 3 days later we were told they were waiting for parts and that they are getting a lot of inquiries about the car and they requested to put $5,000 down to hold the car. We did. 6) Next day they called and said the car was ready to come test drive and finish paperwork. 7) Went to dealership and was told the Car had not yet been detailed so we could wait. Used Car Manager came out and said car was ready. Sales Person said it wasn't but should be around soon. Let's start the paperwork. We finished the paperwork with the promise that the car was going to be beautiful & no issues . Another hour and the car came around Detail was great job. Got into the car & turned it on. a Warning Light came on. Air bags & roll bar will not deploy. Told to drive it home and bring it back in the morning. 8) Came back in the Morning and they said take it to BMW dealer and it fixed. 9) We called BMW dealer after 2 days. Sunrise was suppose to call use about $1200 maintenance. 3 more days went by of no returned calls then finally Used Car Manager said GM refused to pay since it was "As Is" and that he and the Salesman would need to pay. We ended up paying $827, Coggin discounted the part & labor to their cost to lighten the burden. They also told us that when the car first came to them they were told to just get it running and Sunrise new and refused to pay for the other issues with the car, We feel this was a plan from the start to rip us off. So far after Coggins repair our BMW is running fine but fear future issues. More

It was quick and easy to schedule an online appointment. They diagnosed the problem with all the illuminated warning lights on my 2017 Jetta dashboard. They had the part and completed the repairs in a timel They diagnosed the problem with all the illuminated warning lights on my 2017 Jetta dashboard. They had the part and completed the repairs in a timely manner. My only complaint is really with the cost of the repair. Almost $500 to replace a rear wheel speed sensor that had failed apparently causing five lights on the dashboard. Since there are a total of four, one for each wheel and the car has only 55k miles I’m not really looking forward to the expected repair expenses. The car does get great gas mileage, I guess your going to spend the money for gas or repairs! More

Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service, outrageous prices and poor quality work at best. I cannot remember the last time anybody quoted $1800 for a headliner. A master class in what customer service should look like ! Pull in, to the bay. Greeted by name at the door. A brief exchange on what I needed. Out the door in 2 minutes. Get a call when it's done. I bought a 5 year old used Passat when I got to Florida, only because it had about 12k miles and it was a good price, and it was meant to be an extra car that would hardly get used. After 2 service encounters of this calivber these guys may have just won over a long time BMW customer.... More
