Great dealership the Sales staff are great I was specifically there for service on my 2012 Golf 2.5L they did a great job. I have been to this dealership multiple times for parts as I work on my car a lot myself but the service I need I didn’t have the air compressor for the job, will definitely take my car here anytime I need service. This is already a long winded review but I recommend everyone take their car to a local dealer for service if you can’t do it yourself, yes there’s cheaper shops around but they don’t do the maintenance as per the manufacture instructs dealers have a not only a reputation but a standard to uphold. The whole process was simple and easy. They gave me exactly what I needed for both my vehicles. My only concern was they were delayed in processing the paper work from Saturday because w They gave me exactly what I needed for both my vehicles. My only concern was they were delayed in processing the paper work from Saturday because whoever did it messed it up. Due to this problem my payoff was delayed. Ultimately this error caused my car payment to be taken out for the month for a car I don’t own. I’m addition I am still waiting for repayment of this error and a call Back for gap insurance and extended warranty payment. More
