When I got there I was directed to a fairly new hire salesman. While he was friendly and pleasant, I felt he needed additional training on his product line. I did wind up buying the vehicle. In retrospect, had I been sufficiently vetted, I think myself and the salesman would have realized I needed to stay in an SUV (what I traded in). I’m not happy with my choice (for which I take responsibility). I opted for a beautiful Passat but, as I said, I now realize I chose unwisely. More

Where do I start. Vehicle was delivered dirty. Also needed an alignment and tire balance. Was sold vehicle vin edging and it didn't even have it installed. Taking fore Vehicle was delivered dirty. When we closed all the documents stated the Atlas had 19,999 miles . The Atlas actually had 20,999 miles . Also , as we departed , we were informed the Atlas only had a single set of keys . We were directed to the parts department to order a replacement set at our cost . Of course neither of the issues were mentioned until the Atlas paper work had been completed and completely paid .
