My mother requested that he please give us a good salesperson, as all our other past experiences with VW dealerships had been extremely negative and demeaning. Mr. Coleman replied, "I have the perfect salesperson for you." And indeed he did give us an honest and relaxed professional to handle our car purchasing needs.
