Donell was professional and polite. i entered the dealership as a window shopper but in need of a new vehicle that will sustain my daily 80 mile commute. We owned a 2003 Golf that we got from another dealership, before sunrise existed. Several years ago I was rear-ended on the Belt Parkway and it 'died'. I had it towed to Sunrise VW, left it overnight and the before sunrise existed. Several years ago I was rear-ended on the Belt Parkway and it 'died'. I had it towed to Sunrise VW, left it overnight and they took the time to check it out, make sure it was fine, then told me the battery was only jolted loose, and sent me on my way AT NO CHARGE. So now that I was in the market, I knew I was going to check them out as a for-runner. We visited many dealerships since buying a new vehicle isn't a decision to take lightly, and I have to say hands down this is one of the best out there. Friendly, upfront, honest, and fair all around, just like their service dept. They took the time to explain our payments, worked within our monthly budget, didn't mind my father AND father-in law coming in with me to ask their own set of questions, looking out for my benefit. The whole process was a pleasure and they showed GREAT patience even with the older men in my life that I love dearly. I would recommend Sunrise to anyone and definitely come back to get my next VW!
