Best car buying experience I've ever had My nissan lease was up and I was looking for another car to lease. I had horrific experiences in other dealerships with salesman pulling a bait and switch, or just flat out lying. I planned on staying with nissan, but after putting a deposit down they decided to tell me they didn't have the car etc. After receiving my deposit back I was told by a friend to check out VW. I couldn't be more satisfied, it was an amazing experience. I emailed Max telling him exactly what I wanted, and he emailed back very promptly with a price and an answer to all my questions. He set up a test drive for the next day, and I showed up early they took me without a problem. I was introduced to Harez, who gave me a test drive, was extremely helpful. He really excellent. Here is the best part. After the test drive...nothing changed we walked into the office all prices and everything I had previously talked about was exactly the same. NO switching no BS. Just absolute excitement and joy that I had finally found what I wanted. This is the most upfront honest knowledgeable dealership around. I would suggest this company and Harez to everyone and anyone I know in the market for a car. It was honestly a pleasure, and I actually look forward to giving them much more business because it was such an enjoyable experience. I can't give them enough credit. The car....What an absolute beauty. Everything I wanted. It handles well and is pretty quick also is amazingly luxurious. There really isn't anything like German engineering. More

I would highly recommend his service. However, when it was time to talk to the financial consultant Lenny, he was very rude. He slammed the papers down because I did not want to buy the extra warranty. He then proceeded to make an innappropriate comment. "Do you always allow others to make decisions for you?" I felt as if he was trying to insult not only my intelligence but my Mother's as well. Over all I was satisfied with everyone else at Sunrise aside from Lenny. When it is time for me to buy/lease again, I will definitely work with Herez. As for Lenny, not so much. More

So nice and friendly and he acknowledges that this is big purchase and makes you feel so comfortable. I was really nervous as this was the first time I was going to lease a car and I couldn't have had a better salesmen. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident about everything!! Not only would recommend Sunrise Volkwagon but I would also recommend asking for Randy directly. However, Donnell Richardson blows this stereotype out of the water - despite my reservations and my continual questioning (and re-questioning) of any and every thing I could think of, Donnell showed patience, knowledge, and great integrity in working with me. His suggestions and input helped me make an informed decision, and everything that he said would be the case, was so. I've only had my car for two weeks, but I'm extremely happy - with it, and with my experience with Donnell and Sunrise. I will definitely be referring people to Sunrise for their car purchases. More

My Husband and I went to a dealership in Brooklyn initially and while there we decided this was not the place for us. A friend of ours told us about Sunrise VW since we were in the market for a Tigua initially and while there we decided this was not the place for us. A friend of ours told us about Sunrise VW since we were in the market for a Tiguan. The very first contact we had via phone with Max was very impressive. We got there within the hour once Max assured us they had the car we wanted in their inventory. We were then introduced to JD by Max and everything went well. Our situation was different from most people because we did not finance with VW and ran into some delays with our bank. JD and everyone was very understanding and patient with us, a week later we finalized our purchase and we're very happy. The level of professionalism and courteosy was unreal. Thanks!!!!!!! More
