Harez led me to a model that fit the exact description of what I was looking for. He and the other staff stayed late so I could take my time signing the papers. Harez had the exact model and color I wanted ready and waiting for me to pick up after work the next day. Lenny was also extremely patient and helpful as I finalized the financial paperwork. From the first phone call the team at Sunrise VW helped us out with advice and friendly understanding for our situation, even though we had not been clients of the dealership before. When it became evident that a replacement vehicle was in order, JD Dorcinvil took care of us start to finish. Even though we were complete strangers, we were treated like old customers and friends. JD traded in our old car, and helped us find a nice replacement that suited our needs. He took care of all the required paper-work and accelerated the process as much as possible over the weekend, so that we were driving off in our new car only a couple of days later. Thanks to the people at Sunrise and specifically to JD, what could have been a veritable nightmare was turned into a very positive experience! More
