Everyone we had contact with was extremely courteous and pleasant. However, Bill went the extra mile. I have never experienced such a helpful and patient car salesman. He took all the time I needed to understand and operate the features of the vehicle, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable before driving away. He is a real asset to Sunrise Volkswagon.
