Greg took his time and explained ever detail about the car and the financing steps. He was also very patient as he showed me the trim level on the 2016 Classic Beetle and accompanied me on a 10 minute test drive of the vehicle. Once I decided to buy the car, we were able to schedule an appointment with Ray, the Financial Officer, where Greg also spent time explaining the finance and maintenance options. As a Financial Officer, Ray was also very impressive. HIs calm demeanor and professionalism immediately set me and my mother at ease, as car buying can often be a nerve-wracking and stressful experience.
