Harez is motivated My wife and I needed the Atlas, and we went to several dealerships to see the car and meet with sales people. Of all the dealerships, it seemed that S My wife and I needed the Atlas, and we went to several dealerships to see the car and meet with sales people. Of all the dealerships, it seemed that Sunrise was quickest to get inventory, and in general quickest to answer the phone. And of all the sales people who had my number, Harez seemed to be the only one who was relentlessly hunting down the car that my wife and I wanted, and keeping us in the loop. He located it, secured it, and had us in the showroom to finalize the deal quickly, and without incident. He laughs and smiles a lot too, which is a pleasant change from the norm. Although I'm sure he is happy to see people get into the car they were dreaming for, I am not naive to the fact that the primary drive for most sales people is closing the deal. But I feel with Harez, he is able to make the job fun, which makes the experience better for everyone. Most importantly, he did what he said he was going to do, and he was accurate in his work. Meanwhile, salesmen from at least 2 other dealerships still haven't called me, maybe they're so successful they didn't need my business. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend both Sunrise, as well as Harez, to take care of your car needs. As well, Rob in finance was also very pleasant to deal with. If you buy or lease the Atlas, understand that replacing a wheel and tire with mounting and balancing is somewhere around 800.00. Do what I did, buy the wheel/tire insurance for 980.00 or so, roll it into the monthly payments, and have peace of mind. This is my 4ht VW, we are loving the Atlas so far, good luck to anyone who reads this! More
