I cannot say enough good things about Bruce, who after so many years, feels more like family than a business relationship. We are grateful for the assistance of Mike Coltellino during our last two visits. He assisted not only my daughter with her first car back in November, but myself as well this past weekend, when I leased a 2016 Highlander. He was extremely helpful in familiarizing us with the features of each car, and was kind enough to set up the Bluetooth on both my daughter's and my car. He spent a great deal of time showing us how to use the GPS, as well as the other equipment. Mike made sure that both of us were comfortable with the vehicles before leaving the dealership.
