WHAT MAKES SUNRISE TOYOTA STAND OUT SOME MONTHS AGO I ACCUSED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF NOT DOING SOMETHING CORRECT ON MY SIENNA. EVEN CONTACTED CORPORATE OFFICE . THEY WERE VERY ATTEN SOME MONTHS AGO I ACCUSED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF NOT DOING SOMETHING CORRECT ON MY SIENNA. EVEN CONTACTED CORPORATE OFFICE . THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY COMPLAINT. LOOKING BACK AT EVERYTHING I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T TAKE THEM UP ON THERE OFFER TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. LATER DOWN THE LINE IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I WAS LOOKING AT THE WRONG WIRES. I FELT SO HORRIBLE INSIDE TOOK ME AT LEAST A MONTH TO CALL AND APOLOGIZE FOR MY WRONG ACCUSATION. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE TIME WAS COMING UP FOR SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE. I COULDN'T ACCEPT AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL I RESOLVED MY TERRIBLE MISTAKE I MADE WITH THEM. JUST WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CORRECT. I WAS NOT WORRIED ABOUT THEM DOING ANYTHING WRONG HAD I NOT APOLOGIZED . I WAS MORE CONCERNED THAT I BAD MOUTHED THIS LOCATION AND THEY DON'T DESERVE THAT. WELL I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT LINDA. AND SHE WAS VERY NICE AND A BLESSING TO SPEAK WITH. AND SHE UNDERSTOOD HOW SOMEONE COULD MAKE THAT TYPE OF MISTAKE.THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING SO UNDERSTANDING LINDA. I PURCHASED MY SIENNA IN 2010 FROM HERE. HAVE BEEN BRING MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE SINCE THEN. AND NEVER HAD A BAD MOMENT WITH ANYONE. I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY FROM SUNRISE TOYOTA. AND PASS OVER 5 OTHER LOCATIONS NEAR ME .AND HAVE VISITED OTHER LOCATIONS . I HAVE TO TELL YOU NO OTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP/SERVICE MAKES ME FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AND SAFE AS SUNRISE. WHEN I LEAVE HERE I KNOW AND TRUST WHAT HAS BEEN DONE ON MY VEHICLE.THERE IS NOT A QUESTION ABOUT ANYTHING. AND THAT FEELING , I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE ELSE. A little bit of a long wait to see him but other than that great! Also met with Lois Morales, an onsite Allstate representative, to handle all insurance issues.
