After meeting and talking to Bob Bothmann, we were convince that we found the right salesman. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He was relaxed and took his time to answer all our questions. He knew the RAV4 inside out and was not pushy. He said he would get back to us in a few days. Sure enough, within days we got a call that he found the car and it would be ready in a few days.
