Excellent Experience We picked up our Highlander a couple of days ago. We cannot be more impressed with our experience at the dealership and with Bruce Levine. Nothing b We picked up our Highlander a couple of days ago. We cannot be more impressed with our experience at the dealership and with Bruce Levine. Nothing but straight forward, open dealings to arrive at the price for the vehicle. Our car configuration was not available anywhere. Bruce and the dealership worked steadily to get a vehicle from the Toyota production line. Nobody orders a Toyota, but we did, and the dealer did not blink an eye and got the car. Sure, it took 6 weeks but that was explained up front and it arrived in the time frame projected. Bruce provided periodic updates and let us know when the car was built. When it arrived, we arranged to pick it up and this took some time but Bruce sent at least an hour explaining the car's features. This dealership will shop a loan for you and do a good job of it. They beat any rate I could get and made the paperwork easy and straight forward. Yes, they want to sell you insurance and extended warranties but there was no pressure of any kind. Very refreshing and un-dealer-like. My only regret is that they are a little far from my home but even so I would consider going there for service. More
