Great Service I just bought a new Prius Prime from Sunrise Toyota. My salesmen was Ahmed Edwards and he was really wonderful. He gave me all the information on t I just bought a new Prius Prime from Sunrise Toyota. My salesmen was Ahmed Edwards and he was really wonderful. He gave me all the information on the car and a good deal. He was very helpful with any questions I had, if he wasn't sure he found out. He also said that if I have any questions in the future about anything related to the car that I should not hesitate to call his cell phone for help. He was really great. Lois who handled insuring the new car was also great, She was able to save us almost $100 a month on our insurance with even a slightly better coverage. She also was was extremely knowledgeable about insurance and gave us a lot of useful information. Christine that arranged the financing also did a great job going over the different options and helping to decide what would be the best options for me. Excellent experience We went to another Toyota dealership and after 4 hours and so many games played we finally walked out. He was energetic terrific and a wonderful salesperson. He showed us so.many choices. He was informative and upfront with all the information. Everything was in front of us and there were no surprises. After 1 1/2 hours we had purchased a Tacoma .and receieved the best interest rate around. Ahmed was so wonderful and helpful. I thought he was a terrific salesperson without pressuring us in anyway. Jason, the finance person, worked with us to get the lowest interest rates. The insurance woman, sorry but forgot her name', respected our desire to stay with our insurance company. She recommended a wonderful restaurant for us to go for dinner while they got the car ready for us to take it home. The whole team at this dealership couldn't be more helpful We felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership and if you go ask for Ahmed. You won't be disappointed. He was great. More

She not only provided us a loaner SUV, but made sure that her team members were very supportive throughout the whole process. In the end all was well and we got our car back. However, the experience with the people we had contact with only confirmed to us that even though we have to drive an hour to come to the dealer for service the professionalism and service is second to none.
