Painless and Exciting I went in to Sunrise Toyota looking to switch out from my corolla to a Tacoma. I knew exactly what I wanted from the trim to the color. The sticker price was a little high but Bruce fought hard with me to get me to a point where I was comfortable. Bruce was honest and respectful the entire time, knowing that I would hold firm. Hassle free car purchase I chose Sunrise Toyota because they responded promptly on New Year's Eve day to an email price quote request with a competive price. I also decided to contact them due to their large inventory of Toyota 4 Runners. My wife and I have not purchased a new car since we purchased a 2008 Toyota Corolla. We avoided purchasing a new car due to past experiences of bait and switch and not giving advertised price unless financed through dealership. We did not experience that on New Year's Day when we walked into the showroom and met our salemen Mr. Erik Williams. He showed us his inventory and immediately took us for a test ride. We advised him of the price we were given on the follow up call from Internet quote request. He discussed the price with his manager and confirmed the Internet interaction and gave us the competive price. Mr. Williams is polite, professional and knowledgable of his Toyota line. He made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us to make the purchase. The dealership had an insurance representative who contacted our insurance company and made sure we had the proper coverage obtaining our required insurance ID cards with ease. At our last stage of the process we met with Meredith Ventura who set up our financing and offered and explained an extended warranty. She advised us of the different options and did not make us feel pressured at all. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my whole car buying experience at Sunrise Toyota. This experience will make me go back to their dealership for future purchases. It's nice to walk out feeling you were dealing with an honest car dealership. Thank you Sunrise Toyota! More
