The entire staff at this location were exceptionally friendly as soon as we walked in. They were quickly able to locate a car that was exactly what I was looking for, and the entire test drive experienc friendly as soon as we walked in. They were quickly able to locate a car that was exactly what I was looking for, and the entire test drive experience was more like a drive with friends than anything else. Even when we were purchasing the car and had an issue with our insurance company they were extremely polite and understanding, this was the only snag that we had the entire transaction. Overall it was a great experience and I'm definitely suggesting them to anyone else I know in need of a new vehicle. More
Kevin was awesome. He made the entire process pain free and stress free. I especially appreciate the time that Kevin took with me to explain everything; especially for the audio and navigation system. I left know exactly how to work the vehicle. (I also had an opportunity to work with Anthony, whom Kevin was training at the time. He was also pleasant and friendly. He and Kevin together were an absolute delight and a considerable factor in my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership) Cathy was also great. She too took plenty of time to go over everything and discuss the options I had. I especially appreciate the recommendation for the custom detailing. The suggestion led to touches to the vehicle that I wouldn't have know about otherwise and truly made my vehicle perfect and even better than I could have otherwise imagined. My only complaint would be the delivery process. I was told I could pick the vehicle up at 6pm, and showed up at that time. The vehicle wasn't ready and I didn't get the keys until after 7:30. While I appreciate the time that was taken in getting the vehicle ready, I would have been less upset had I been called in advance to be informed and asked to come in later. Instead, I spend an hour and a half waiting when I could have just as easily gone in at a later time. More
Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little confusion and decisive. Although Eric explained and gave me great sugguestions he never tried to pressure me into the deal. I purchased my Camry at Sunrise and always have had wonderful service. My Camry unfortunately had a little front end collision and my shield was dragging. I pulled up to the service lane to be greeted wonderful service. My Camry unfortunately had a little front end collision and my shield was dragging. I pulled up to the service lane to be greeted by a young man whom introduced me to the service manger Linda. She immediately sat me down with Steve and reassured me they would do what they can to reattach this shield. After about 30 minutes I was on my way back to work. Thanks to Steve and Linda I was back on the road, worry free. This is what you call service. Keep up the great work and keep making customers happy. Thank you again! More
I have lost all confidence and faith in Sunrise Toyata Service Department as I feel they rip you off on repairs and the price of the repairs. Every time I go in for something basic I end up with somethin Service Department as I feel they rip you off on repairs and the price of the repairs. Every time I go in for something basic I end up with something far more expensive. I recently went in for an oil change and radiator flush and ended up with a new water pump as they said it was leaking. Meantime I never lost any antifreeze and had no leaks on my garage floor. $400.00 plus on that one. Then I went in for a recall fix of the steering column and NYS inspection. They wanted to sell me new tires that were at 4/32nds and still going, and also wanted to do a flush of my battery inverter for another $250.00. I have a 2005 Prius with 152,000 miles and have been afraid to have it serviced out of the dealer, but I'm done with SunriseToyota Service, they are really ripoffs. Their service manager Linda is a doll, but also a shark. I learned that the service writers work on commission. How can you not get ripped off at a place that has commission incentive to sell things you don't need at inflated prices. I decided to take the advice of a friend and went to MTA in Holbrook on Union Avenue and they did an oil change, inverter flush and trans axle oil change for under $175.00. I discussed my concern of servicing my Prius at MTA with the owner Richie and he said: it's still a car and yes the Hybrid sysytem is special but they can handle it if need be, that's what professional mechanics do. I kind of figured that after being on the makret for 10 years an ASE certfied mechanic can handle it so I took the shot and so far really pleased as they did rioght by me. Bye Bye Sunrise More

Purchased a 2012 Prius Three with Kevin Giron as my salesman. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend that everyone ask for him. This is my 3rd transaction with Sunrise Toyota and second with Greg Wire. I to date I have been very satisfied with the level of service at the dealership and with Greg. I usually find car dealerships not to be welcoming or comfortable places to visit. I appreciated that I was not pressured into anything and we were able to discuss the option that best worked for my situation. Greg was very helpful taking a few phone calls and getting back to me about any questions I had during the deal. And the deal we worked out was far superior than a local Honda dealer I visited. I hope to continue working with Sunrise in the future and thank Greg for his professionalism. More
