Bruce, Claimed he was letting me try the sequoia and he would negotiate so money was not coming out of my pocket since one of the main reasons I bought a new car was for the hitch and my hitch drags on the would negotiate so money was not coming out of my pocket since one of the main reasons I bought a new car was for the hitch and my hitch drags on the floor and bottoms out when I leave most parking lots or drive-ways. Bruce hounded me after he said he would give me a vehicle for a week or two to see how it worked with the hitch and my children. He wanted the vehicle back right away, I was in the emergency room and he would not stop calling me meanwhile he never returns call or answers his phone Hitch is still useless, they actually never hooked the hitch up, so the lights do not work and it is so far under the car a hitch piece does not even fit, not that it would work as it bottoms out without additional insert.. I bought a brand new Toyota sienna ordered it all factory, with a hitch and additional items. The dealership decided to put an after market hitch on and I have not been able to go in and out of driveways without bottoming out. I bottom out going out of parking lots and Bruce the manager claimed corporate was doing something about it, he had me come in to take pictures as the 2013 is about two inches higher plus the factory hitch is two itches higher so with that clearance I would be able to drive every where. I can not even use the hitch as I would not be able to drive in and out of anywhere with an additional piece on the vehicle. Bruce stated corporate was handling it. I called corporate and they said he did not talk to them or put any request in to help me. Than he was rude to me and yelled at me for his inefficiency. On numerous occasions he also stated I could borrow a vehicle with a hitch to put my trailer on, and when I would go nothing was available as per him or he would not be at the dealership. March 12, 2013. Bruce called me to come in to measure the specs of my cars hitch. He said corporate requested it. So I had to drive 20 minutes to go there and have the height measured confirming the 2013 has a higher bumper. The factory hitch would also be higher, so he claimed they were going to do something. Let me start out by saying that your dealership hit the jackpot with Saranne Potter. She is not only professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious but she always gets back to me immediately to answe jackpot with Saranne Potter. Whenever I called she made me feel that I was in Disneyland because of her uplifting personality which gave you a sense of, "You're my only customer and I will try to do whatever it takes to make you want to buy from our dealership." At the end of our conversations she would always ask, "Is there anything else I can do for you?", and made me feel that she truly meant it. Another jackpot winner employee is Robert Lamonica. When I first met him three and half years ago, I felt that I was definitely dealing with a professional. Here is someone that during our negotiations, it wasn't bantering back and forth. He made my wife and I feel as if we were discussing our options pleasantly and without pressure as far as price, etc. He also made us feel comfortable as he was doing his best to help us. Now, going forward here I am again dealing with Mr. Lamonica once again, except this time we felt even more comfortable with him and our purchase. I believe he was straight forward and honest with us every step of the way. If there was a disagreement between us, we still managed to come to a meeting of the minds in an amicable way. Here is the real kicker, even though I am paying $500 more for the car compared to another dealership, because of Saranne Potter and Robert Lamonica, we are buying this car at your dealership and will continue to do so in the future. I was currently leasing a Mitsubishi Galant. I was in a 5 yr. lease with just under 2 yrs. to go.Mitsubishi contacted me about buying my 2010 Galant and putting me into a new car. But upon learning they no l yr. lease with just under 2 yrs. to go.Mitsubishi contacted me about buying my 2010 Galant and putting me into a new car. But upon learning they no longer made the Galant I was disappointed since I have been a customer since 1996. I went there anyway to test drive the Lancer. It was a nice car but not for me. My son convinced me to visit Toyota. I didn't think I would ever get a Camry. I still had 21 months left and I was sure the price would be too high.I called ahead and spoke with Amanda. She was very nice and said call after you visit Mitsubishi and we'll be ready for you. When I arrived I was greeted by Amanda and then the Manager came over, shook my hand and assured me they will make this possible for me to get out of the current lease and into a new Camry. I was introduced to Rick Russel who has been there for 29 yrs. The manager said if anyone can do it, Rick can, and he did. I now lease a beautiful red 2013 Camry LE. I will be a customer with Toyota from now on. I love this car.The experience at Toyota was amazing. Rick set everything up for me, showed me all the features which this car has many. And he made it easy to understand.The team that cleans the car did a beautiful job. It was also filled with a full tank of gas which I never had at Mitsubishi.When I test drove the car it was covered in plastic showing the care they keep with their cars and it was obvious I was the first one to take this car for a drive. It only had 8 miles on it! More
